Disclosure Under RTI Act: Fee Structure for Obtaining Information
As per the provisions of the Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2005, as amended from time to time, the following fee structure shall apply for obtaining information from the Central Selection Board of Constable, under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
1: Application Fee (Section 6(1))

An application for seeking information must be accompanied by a fee of Rupees Ten (₹10/-). The fee may be paid through any of the following modes: Cash (against proper receipt).Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of“CENTRAL SELECTION BOARD OF CONSTABLE” payable at PATNA. Note:- Applications not accompanied by the prescribed fee in the proper amount and payment mode are liable to be rejected. Applicants belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are exempted from payment of the fee. However, valid proof of BPL status must be submitted along with the application.
