Disclosure Under RTI Act: Fee Structure for Obtaining Information
As per the provisions of the Right to Information (Regulation of Fee and Cost) Rules, 2005, as amended from time to time, the following fee structure shall apply for obtaining information from the Central Selection Board of Constable, under the Right to Information Act, 2005:
An application for seeking information must be accompanied by a fee of Rupees Ten (₹10/-). The fee may be paid through any of the following modes:
- Cash (against proper receipt).
- Banker’s Cheque/Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of
“CENTRAL SELECTION BOARD OF CONSTABLE” payable at PATNA.
The charges for providing information are as follows:
- Rs2 (Rupees Two) for each page (in A-4 or A-3 size paper) created or copied.
- Actual cost or price of a copy in larger size paper.
- Actual cost or price of samples or models.
- For inspection of records:
- No fee for the first hour.
- Rs 5 (Rupees Five) for each subsequent hour or part thereof.
