No. 01/2023) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 read with section 94 of the Bihar Police Act, 2007 (Act-7, 2007), the Governor of Bihar is hereby replacing the pre-existing provisions of clause-1(g) of Appendix-103 under rule-663 of the Bihar Police Handbook, 1978 with the following effect from the date of issue of notification in the Gazette. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 55 read with Section 94 of the Bihar Police Act, 2007 (Act-7, 2007), the Governor of Bihar amends the following rules of Bihar Police Manual, 1978 Part I and Part III:- Procedure of Appointment of Constable.
